Sewer Line Repair & Replacement
Cracked, root-filled, or collapsed sewer line? We repair the section that's failed or replace the line when that's the honest fix — camera-verified first, estimated in detail.
Much of Northwest Indiana drains through cast iron and clay laterals that have been underground for 50 to 100 years. They scale, crack at joints, collect roots, and eventually collapse — usually announced by recurring backups, gurgling drains, or wet spots in the yard. We start every sewer line job with a camera inspection to confirm what's failed and where, because the right fix for a single cracked joint is very different from the right fix for a line that's deteriorated end to end.
Where a section has failed, we spot-repair it. Where the line has given up, we replace it at proper slope, bedded and backfilled correctly — including below-floor work where a line runs under a basement slab, with concrete broken out and patched back. You'll approve a detailed estimate before any digging starts.

Good to know: not every bad-looking line needs full replacement, and not every cheap fix is honest. The camera footage decides — we'll show you what we see and price both options when both are real.
